Default MSPE release and date of application

Hi All,

I understand that MSPEs will not be released until October 1st. I have a few questions in mind about this:

- Are we still supposed to submit our applications to programs as early as possible, i.e. ideally Sept 15?

- Will our applications be considered incomplete?

- Do programs generally wait for the MSPEs to arrive and download applications then? Or are they all eager to press the "download" button on Sept 15?

Thank you very much for any info!

Best of luck to everyone!

I have the same question! if mspe-s are released only on October 1st, programs will not download the applications before, will they?
is there any risk not submitting on the 15th? I dunno whether to wait for a LOR until the end of the month..
thx for any input!

i think the secretaries will start downloading/printing/compiling/etc on sept 15. but PDs will start looking at it 17 onwards. or maybe they would really start looking at oct 1st upon mspe release (wanna know the answer to this too). but am sure they won't start at 15th since sept 15 is a weekend, only a few (or even none at all) US doctors go to office/clinic on weekends.
