Search FREIDA (Specialty vs Combined Specialty vs Subspecialty)

I am looking at program search at Freida, there are 3 tabs: Specialty/Combined specialty/subspecialty selection. Are these 3 all residence programs, or just the 1st tab: Specialty?

combined specialty are still residency programs, you could also apply to it if you're eligible.. fellowship programs are under subspecialty..
