Default Confusions in ERAS!

I have 2 questions..plz some 1 reply!

1)After scanning & uploading documents in My eras how long does it usually take to be available on ERAS post office?

2)English is my 2nd language.I am not native speaker. So what should I put in my ERAS language section? If I choose Advanced(which is next to native) will it create any negative impression?

Any inputs will be appreciated!!

1) about 1-2wks, it will be uploaded to eras PO.

2) choose advance, native if you grew up in US and have no foreign accent. it will not matter as they still assess our communication skills during interview.
hope this helps.
