Question Should I wait for the last LoR?

I have a quick question.
All of my documents are already uploaded in ERAS.
I have total 3 lor uploaded,1 from home country,2 from US.
But I will get another 1 from US in this week may be.So not sure when it will be available in ERAS!

So my ques is should I apply on 15 th Sep?
Or should I wait for the last LOR and apply next week!In dilemma!

I have few more confusions...
While choosing programs in FM some have 2 tracks :Fm categorical & rural training track categorical...does any one have any idea what is rural track?
I have no idea about that!
Secondly, some program says that they need negative Tb screen test during starting.what test needs to be negative PPD or Quantiferon? If it remains positive what will happen?

Plz someone help....:sorry:

rural track is program held in rural areas (mountainous regions, remote towns, small countys, etc) they only need 2-3 residents in that track. its a kinda bit training in a tranquil and lonely regions. but we shudn't be picky, click that too.
what i knew is PPD (of which most asians are positive due to exposure). think they would check our xray, don't know if they would start us on rifampin tho. i wud be nervous bout this part if get matched.
