Help help regarding back up

Hi ,
I am an Indian IMG , Step 1 235 , Step 2 CK 213 , Step 2 CS given on 13th august 2012. I am planning to apply to Pediatrics and will apply as soon as I recieve my step 2 CS score. I have 3 US LOR in pediatrics but 2 are from Doctors in private Clinics . I did 2 month externship and am currently doing 9 week observership, again in Pvt clinic.

I want to ask you that From Internal Medicine / Family medicine / Para clinical subject / non clinical subjects , which one should I choose as my back up . I understand that my score in CK is well below the US average and I would like to apply some where I have a realistic chance
I have 2 family Medicine LOR as well, and I can get another IM LOR from another Doctor at my observership.

Thanks
Lakshit

You can apply for FM and IM as well. Select your progs wisely and you should be good to go.
