Unhappy Forgot to mention USCE in application

Hey guys
I forgot to enter my only observership experience in my application. Just realised it. Should I email all the programs and let them know.
That is the only US clinical experience I have.
Help please

Ideally you should. That's your best bet. Some programs do not require experience but anyways everyone prefers that.

OK, I have a question about the USCE.
I did an observership while being in med school through an "exchange program". Basically it means that even though I was doing an observership, I got grades for it, which were put in my school record. The thing is, if they are already part of my medical school transcript (at some point, ECFMG asks us for detailed information of our clinical rotations), do I still have to mention it on ERAS? Wouldn't it be redundant? Or PDs won't realize it unless I mention it on ERAS?

I'd say be safe and put it.

The info we put in the ECFMG (rotations etc.), isn't transmitted to ERAS. (You only authorize transcripts/scores to be released, no other info).

Yeah I know I should change my middle name to blunder! It was all the post call lack of sleep and wanting to be on time

Ill email all the programs and send them reminders every 2 weeks. I think that is my safest bet. But I did upload the LOR I got after the observership. I really hope they go over the LORs before rejecting my application!

Thanks for the support though. Good luck to you all

So I got a few replies a lot of them say they cannot make changes to my application. If I get interviewed to let them know during it.

Star annotation..

another thing u can do is to call them and tell them to kindly make an annotation that you have usce that u failed to mention in the application..they can simply attach a little sticky note with ur application and send them a scanned copy of ur LOR/Evaluation Form as a proof
