Default late application dangerous??

hey guys!!

i sent in my LORs only on the 13 of sept... coz i got them very late...
i called the ERAS support services and they say tat it take 2 weeks for the documents to be uploaded in the POST OFFICE..

So i can start applying to colleges only after the the documents are uploaded...
will this adversely affect my chances for an interview??

It's not definite that it will effect your chances, but most of previous experience shows that earlier the better.Having said that most program directors will start looking at applications a week post start of the season and many keep looking till 1st week of October and few of them till end of deadline. So probability of your chances going down are less.....anyhow if you dont have a complete application it is unwise to jump as most likely it will be filtered out.(This is all the info I have collected from various sources in last few months, hope it helps)

Is it true? Do most of them start downloading applications a week later? If so, it would be a blessing!!!

IMO. i think this week is more of a downloading week to them and also screening for AMGs. next week is were they would really go over all the other downloaded apps.

just wishful thinking. coz i havent submitted yet, still waiting for school transcript.
