Default When do we start hearing from programs?

Do all programs contact the applicant back?

-Whether to let the applicant know their application has been rejected,
-Or for interview invite

?

majority of programs don't call back if you're not chosen. silence means no..
but they will surely contact you if they want to invite you for interview.

yup. a PD told me, that's the first thing they would do. separate AMG from the IMG apps, then go over AMGs first. If there are still spots left, then that's we get our chance. irony...
