Question Discrepancy between PTAL L5 Form and School Transcript!

Hi, guys,
My PTAL L5 has already signed by dean. I fill in the form by my memory. But I just noticed that weeks on the transcript sent to california board is not consistent with my L5 form (transcript has less hours). They are all sent to california board already. How can I do for that? Or I just need to wait for correction?

Just sit back and wait for their response, many a times they don't cross-check

Thank you very much! I am really worried. I am careless, but I didn't do it on purpose. What if they cross check? Can I withdraw my application?

likw the previous poster said, sit back and wait.
the worst that will happen will be that they'll not approve your L5 and ask your school to prepare another. but they may very well approve it, so keep your fingers crossed and check the site with your ATS number

no it will have no effect on your career. but please dont fret. very likely if your rotations satisfy their criteria esp the family medicine you will be approved.

Don't worry, it wont affect your carrer, because they even wont knw who actually filled out the L5 form, you or ur med school. Normally med schools are supposed to fill L5 fr you, so even if they find any mistake/incongruity in it, they will think tht the med school made a mistake filling out the form and then they will notify you to send them another corrected L5
