Default Weird Query!

Is it important that the LOR author title/ Department on Eras should match the LOR author title on the actual LOR??
I will receive an LOR in october, but Im finalzing the lor now, before I apply. The doctor under which I am working is a Critical care specialist, Pulmonologist and Director of some sleep centre. I dont know which one of these to write. and i dont have my LOR with me as of now. What should i do?
I attend his clinic and take rounds with him in ICU. so may be I could just write critical care specialist?
any suggestions?

hmmm.. sounds familiar. would you mind pm me the name of the author. i have that one too, who knows they might be the same person.

IMO write 'pulmonary and critical care (physician)'. skip the director as there is a big chance of making an error at that part.
