You have excellent scores. The only problem is no USCE. Some programs might consider you but as I see daily so many people having tons of US experience, I'd suggest that if you can you should wait.

i agree w/ vaibhavmanu.
awesome scores man. yeah your prob is USCE. there are guys here same as your score but have lots USCE, plus your CS is kinda late. for imgs, it is good to have everything when applying.
but this is not to discourage you. if you have lots of blue chips, you could always try for this year's match. if not, IMO vaibhavmanu's advise is most cost-effective.

You will receive your ECMFG certification pretty late..and with lack of USCE, your chances are pretty slim even with those great scores..without CS, most of the programs won't even consider your application. So IMO, you'll be wasting thousands of dollars. And by the time you'll receive your CS result, the match season will be almost over.

One of my friend had similar score as you and no usce (no US LOR) .He got only 3 IV for IM and in the end he got matched .
Though u will get filtered by many programs, but some programs will consider u. So you should prepare for IV from now so that u can give your best in any iv you may receive .Since otherwise u will have to wait for one whole year .
Good luck
P.S -your scores are excellent .
