New York NY Clinical Clerkship Form

I've received a form from NY hosp program about clinical clerckship
now I dont need to that in my med school
what i did was house job after graduation
will that make any difference since I've not done it and how can I let them know that we do rotations in med school and house job later...

so since this is not the academic requirement in my home country so im ok with it n jus sign the form saying no abt clerkship.
