Help how to upload LOR for 2014 match

Hi all
I did my elective in April 2012 and the attending(PD for IM programs in a very reputed university) agreed to give me a LOR after I sent her my (ERAS)details for uploading. I am planning to apply in sep2013.
-Do I wait till sep13?(she is really busy and is always surrounded by students there is a fair chance she might forget me completely)
-Is there any means by which I can have her letter now
-In case I am supposed to wait till sep '13, is there any way I could remind her about myself?

How does LWP work.. can I use it now?
thanks!

Same thing happen to me, 3 LORs which I waived my rights to see where uploaded 1 year after my electives.

My advice is to stay in contact with your attending physicians, keep them updated with your scores, research and graduation etc.. until you can ask them for the LOR 1 month before you get your AAMC ID. Because, it seems that you are waiving your right to see the LORs(if you know you did a good job). And once you have you token and ERAS you can send them a request to upload the letters via the letter portal, or you can use eras to get a coverletter for them to send it via mail. If you feel that you can't stay in touch, just ask them for the letter right now, keep them and you can upload it yourself, or you can ask them for another one next year with updated information and new date.

ok good luck... In my case, they uploaded the LORs this year, and I waived my rights to see them.
