Smile Here is my story :( long, but worth reading

I don't know if I hold a chance to match this year or not, but I will give my story in case I match it will be inspiring, in case I didn't not, it will be an experience offered to this forum members to help them avoid my mistakes.
First of all I graduated from international medical school located in the middle east in Feb 2010 (recent graduate but not a fresh one). Took step 1 and passed it with low score 203 (first mistake) but I managed to pass it in first attempt. I took me a while to prepare for step 2 ck cuz I promised myself to pass this step with much better score to compensate my loss in the first battle, unfortunately passed with less than an average score 217 (second mistake) but good new in the first attempt. In November 2011 I took step 2 cs and got the result in Feb. 2012 unfortunately I didn't pass it the first attempt (third mistake). I had to wait until July to retake the exam in the new format, and I had to wait until Oct. 10th to get the result. I spent most of the next 3 months. preparing my residency application, with all it's hurdles of CV, LORs, Personal statements, searching programs and their (criteria), registering with ERAS and NRMP. all that while I am unsure if I will pass step 2 CS. Thanks to Allah I passed Step 2 CS, in the second attempt and got ECFMG certificate (Useless without residency). Applied like crazy to around 84 IM, 40 Peds, 45 FM, 42 Psy. I got around 6 unwaived LORs from US doctors (fourth mistake), practicing in the their private offices (fifth mistake), I got an observership with one of them for 18 months, and 6 months with other physicians in different specialties. Not to forget that I am a green card holder. I sent applications in Oct. 11th. and I received no IVs so far, and I don't know if I will. I believe I have enough faith to keep me patient during this hard time of my life. And I always believed in myself. But reality is always different. Again I don't know if I will match this year, or if I will match at all any inputs will be appreciated.

Thank you

Keep up your faith. Though your scores are little low and you have an attempt, but positives are that you have USCe and even better you dont need visa. I have seen people with less credentials making into residency....keep gaining experience and have faith.
