Listening Do I still have any chance?

I am IMG: 10 yrs graduated, good research background and several paper from Yale university(one first-author and 4-coauthor), 2 very strong LoRs from Yale university and started my observership in Yale, Step-1=217, CS=first attempt passed...BUT! CK=75 (197) !!! I expected this results though... 3 times NBME-UW self assessment 230, sadly was ill on my CK exam day and wanted to leave in middle of exam but didn't know if if I have the right /will fail or not and asked the staff and they didn't know and couldn't get the information till the end of exam cession, after my exam cession I looked into USMLE website and realized I could leave and would have not failed so I wrote my request/complain to dismiss this exam because their staff didn't give me information (all reports from staff was documented about my situation on exam day) and they rejected my now I'm screwed literally! Does anyone think I still might be able to get in Internal med, Family Med or Psych (these were my choices) if I get a good score in Step-3 and apply? I am applying for Green Card which most likely will get it in few months. Please let me know what you think of my chances for next year?

You have good chances especially with the Green Card. You can mention in your Personal Statement about your CK and you will be fine. Try and get a good score on step 3 now.
