What do you think are the draw backs in medical system in USA from your perspective?

It's a system that wants but doesn't give back. Controlling chronic diseases but not trying to treat them or prevent them. Making ppl come back for more meds that don't do much except make ppl depend on them. Focus has shifted towards the med making ppl less motivated to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
Spending too much on healthcare when life expectancy in us ranks only 50 in the world.
Not dedicating enough time for patients because system pays based on number of patients or surgeries done so its more about quantity than quality, leading to miscommunication and worsened patient health.
And the list goes on.

i think i agree about the cost but not the other 2 points I am from an underdeveloped country and in US doctors definitely spend more time with the people than in my country
