Question careers for mbbs grads other than MD?

So I am wondering, what else can someone do with an MBBS degree if they do not get into a residency program?
I don't plan on applying for match again next year if I don't get matched this year, which seems like a big possibility.
I have heard some people do MBA or MPH and then get a job as hosp administrator or something?
I have tried searching online a lot of careers after mbbs in US but i wasn't able to find much. If anyone knows, please share with me.
any information will help.

MPH - Epidemiology
MPH - Biostatisctics
MPH - Social and behavioral sciences
MPH - Health management and policy
MHA
MS in bio-medical sciences

does anyone know if MBA helps to get a job in hospital administration?
I have heard MPH helps mainly if you plan on continuing career in medicine later on.

MPH is highly regarded if you again try for next year's Match and if you go unmatched this year(which i wish earnestly you don't..i wish everyone in this forum gets matched this year)..11 months MPH with 42 credits are taught in many good places and getting in one of them increase chances of getting matched significantly..MPH grads also find themselves in medical administrative posts if MPH was done from good places like Harvard,SJHU or UC berkley..I came to know of a WHO representative who is currently in Rhode Island who did MPH and got that high post in WHO..well of course it was 5-7 years back...but in any way MPH is a great option.
Otherwise MS PhD is the single best option..MBBS degree with good GRE scores and some proficiency in English will land in you in some top programs like Cornell and carnagie Mellon or SJHu...but that stream is very unrelated to patient practise and more academic oriented where you will no longer work as a doctor..
Rest is upto you.
Hope it helps
