I started a thread earlier but it was without poll
So am starting this with a poll
Please in addition to voting tell us something by replying

It's generally acknowledged that the matching/interview percentage is 10%
so to get a match you should at least get 10 interviews

However, I think there's no rule here
Every story is different and so many co factors play role

I know two friends
One who got one interview and he has very very low scores and was matched!
the other got 5 interviews and he had higher scores and was not matched!
