Very few programs opted out of the NRMP this year, they have done that just continue being able to give prematches.

There isn't official data about these programs and they usually shied away from mentioning it in their websites.

Your best bet is this thread here

Thank you Sabio !
I was looking for some programs specifically. Can you please tell me if Lutheran Medical Center (Brooklyn) and Mercy Catholic Medical Center (PA) are participating in Match?
I will really appreciate all the responses.

You can look it up on the NRMP website. Under Directory, you do your search according to specialty an/or state. When you get the results, under "Quota", that is the amount of positions that will be available for match.

Hope this helps

Thanks Mitsua.
I found the program listed in NRMP and quota shows 2. But how is this possible if programs can either give all positions in match or do all prematch this year. Then how is it possible that they have only 2 positions for match???

I don't know... I went to an interview for Psych where the residents told us that the PD still was undecided about going to the match or not. That he would probably leave 1 or 2 for prematches. Inside, I was like , because it's either all-in or all-out. I don't understand why they told me that! And I thought the same thing when I saw the number under Quota.
It's so confusing...
