Default 202/78 in Step1. Good for paeds or not ?

First of all i want to thank everyone on this forum for their help.
Friends i got my score today, really bad. 203/78
.

I seriously need your sincere advice (please without any sympathy friends). Shall i continue with USMLE ? Would PDs even consider someone with this poor score on step 1 ?
Is this the end or still theres hope for something if i perform good on CK?
Best regards.

Depends on what your other credentials look like. If you have a green card, a significantly better Step 2 score, clinical/research experience at a US hospital and outstanding LoR from US doctors, then yes.

It is always possible to explain one anomaly away. Otherwise, chances are slim to none. Just my two cents...

Star hmmm..

if u end up scoring a 240+ on CK and get 2+ months of USCE with good LORs, u can end up getting around 5 ivs max (if u apply to 100+ programs)...the best thing that can happen to u during an interview season is a prematch offer..n u should take it in a heartbeat.
