Unhappy No LoRs yet, Apply early or wait ?

I need you help guys
my application is complete step1 step2ck step2cs ...., except the LoRs, I only have one that will be sent tomorrow, the other 2 will be provided at the end of the month, I'm shadowing 2 physicians
what do you think is the best thing to do? apply on september 1st with no LoR, once they are ready I can contact programs one by one, or maybe just assign the LoR later on in my Eras? or just wait until they are ready then apply?
please give me your point of view
thank you very much for your help

i dont know for sure what the answer is. but ecfmg said some programs tend to dismiss incomplete applications, meaning those with incomplete LORs. i would like to further ask if this is true?

Unhappy No clear cut answer

This is the question that has been puzzling applicants since several years.

This is no clear cut answer.

Some programs ask the "coordinator" who's usually not a doctor, to filter applications by certain criteria such as scores, AMGs/IMGs and Visa status. Some of them they filter out "incomplete" applications, like those without scanned LoRs.

Some programs do not start looking at applications until late September.

Some programs give two rounds of reviewing, early in September and then another in early October.

Some programs do realize that once you have an LoR slot then you'll eventually get that LoR and so they wait for you.

I think the best way is to apply in September 1st then start calling them to assure them that your LoRs will be there soon.
