Default missing dinner night before interview

Hi,

I was supposed to meet the residents at dinner the night before my interview, but due to weather my flight got canceled. So now i can't go to the dinner. And i have informed them about the change. My question is, does not attending the dinner negatively affect my chances at matching into the program. Or will the program not make anything of the situation.

Thank you.

It's not your fault your flight got cancelled so don't worry. You will be fine.
