Default Would like expert opinion on the importance of different stat

Recently, I have been trying to optimise a possible application for residency matching later on, but have to make compromises due to costs constraints. I know there are many papers produced for this topic, but they mostly sample the whole population of applicants and do not target the IMG crowd specifically.

So if possible i hope the experts in the forum can help to rank the relative importance of

1) Step 1 score
2) Step 2 CK score
3) US Research experience
4) US Elective experience
5) Med School Grades
6) Extracurricular activities
7) Recommendation letters
8) Other that we can think of

For FMG..

1. US experience by far
2. Step 1
3. CK
4. AMERICAN LORs
5. Research
6. It goes without saying that you better pass CS on your FIRST attempt.

For Carribean IMG
1. Step 1
2. CK
3. Research/LORs
4. Again, pass CS

for carib, we all rotate in US so US experience isn't an issue
