Default which program requires more LoR

Can anyone please tell me which program may require more LOR and i'm a IMG
done my graduation in India, is it worth getting the college dean's LOR, because
in some threads i saw more than 4 LoR's is too much in that case will it worth
submitting the LoR received from a indian medical institution or an observership LoR

your response for the above two queries is much appreciated and thanks for your time

From the thousands of IMGs/FMGs that I we come in contact and followup with after the MATCH season, approximately 95% that matched completed a minimum of 4 hands-on clinical rotations in the US and obtained 4 LORs from US Physicians related to the specialty applying to. 5% matched without having any US hands-on clinical experience.

LORs from US Physicians are more competitive than LORs from foreign Physicians.

How many LORs from US physicians have you been able to secure so far?

Best - Victor

Put the maximum number of LORs, which is 4. Make certain they are positive. Mundane LORs won't really do much to help or harm, but really impressive ones might potentially help. Negative LORs will ruin you.
