Default California letter!

Do we hv to hv a california letter even if we match in a diff state?

No, I don't think so. but some states have their own requirements. You should look them accordingly. I am not sure of the exact details. If some one else has any idea, please share!

A good number of states actually require your medical school to be on the "PTAL approved" list. I think Georgia is one of them (but I maybe getting confused with another state). You don't need the letter for these states, but your school needs to be on that list. I know the Kansas State Medical Board has their own list as well.

Is SSN is mandatory for PTAL?
