Texas Licensing Issue - Texas

Hi. Hope all is well for everyone.

In line with the illinois licensing issue, I want to ask if we, non-caribb IMGs (or those who didn't have any core rotations in ACGME/AOA accredited institutions for a certain amount of time) won't have trouble starting/doing residency in Texas. I've heard & also read that Texas medical board is as bully as california when it comes to licensing. In one instance, TMB even tried to kick out a caribb img while doing residency bcoz of licensing issue & therefore the resident had to hire a lawyer. If it was a trouble for a caribb img who had several, if not all rotations here in US, how will it be for us who have no core rotations in US at all?

I have 3 Texas programs. can anyone kindly shed light on this? I've read some old post last 2009 and there might be new info out. so any comments or new links?

Much appreciated. Thanks.
