Thumbs Up Just joining the big family

Hey guys.
IŽm currently rounding up with my final year in Medicine, and decided to take the bold step by preparing for the USMLE. IŽld really rely on all the advice I could get from you guys especially as my country isnŽt really experienced with this exam, so I can barely get advice from around me.
I intend to enroll into a residency program in Surgery. IŽld be glad to get all your advice, especially all those who share my dream of Surgery.
Thanks and waiting

First Advice: Getting into surgery requires a lot of hardwork and sometimes time
2nd: Get as much US Clinical experience as you can while still being a student. Once you graduate it gets very difficult to get it.

Thanks alot. But putting clinical experience aside, what other sites do I really need to hit hard on, so I can increase my chances (scores, recommendations). I'd like to specify I'm not currently in the US, so how can I get this US clinical skills?

you need to come to states and spend some $$$$ if you have some if not save and come and try to get Externship. Also you can try it for free you might get 2 month.

than you need solid scores I say 230+ since next year competition will be so fierce.

Also make sure you have done all your exam before Aug of this year.
