Star Acceptance of offer creates binding commitment

Hi frns,
I have a doubt, in SOAP if we accept an offer, it says "Acceptance of offer creates binding commitment" what does that mean?? we got the match r the program will iv us and later gets the result of it. can anybody help me take of this confusion??????

you get matched or you got the position right away to that program who calls & offers you the position. from what i heard, when they call someone, they already want that applicant for the position but may sometimes ask you with a question or two just to confirm or anything. SOAP is like pre-match for unfilled position, you apply then wait for some program to call you.
