Calendar Best time to travel to USA for Interviews

Hi guys
for people who participated in 2014 match season , when did you start reciving your Interviews invitations and when did moved to USA .. what is the best time to travel there ??
what is the dead line for IMGs to move to USA ??
is the end of october Ok ??
please help , and I appreciate your answers

Default most interview invitations come in september and november

best thing is to stay during november,december and jan

I would think the end of October is fine. My first interview was in the first week of October, I had four scheduled that month. You could always schedule them to start later if possible? Sometimes you don't get a wide option of dates, but I've always gotten my first choice of dates with interview outside of three occasions. Once again, that's highly variable though.
