can an IMG get good residency with out USCE or it is urgent??

You can get a residency without it, but if you have USCE you will get more interviews and therefore increase your chance of matching.

some program do not require of it. but a lot of people do apply to those program. but if you have solid good marks, and you are competitive than my research has shown you do not need USCE.

you see every program has a requirement. they may want 2 US LOR or 1 US LOR.

these days everyone has USCE for at least 3 month. but again 240+ do not need nothing. 250+ you are golden.
