IMO simply put, you can't. Most fellowships require 3 yrs residency, just so you know how to manage a patient properly, the point of fellowship is to teach you beyond the basics. They also "require" research, although its not really required but it shows genuine interest in the field your applying which goes a long way for fellowships. So just try for the match this upcoming year and hopefully a fellowship in a couple years.. Good luck!!

From doing my own research online I saw that radiology, ortho, peads, and oncology allow applicants to apply for fellowships without residency.

I think it'll be harder cuz you'll need to show interest in the field and the best way to show it is through good LORs and experience, extensive research, and maybe some connections with the PD. one of the most important skills as a doctor that other doctors look for is communication skills so definitely work on that.

They pay you for fellowships not the other way around.

I sincerely doubt any fellowship program would accept you without residency. It is usually pretty hard to get in even with residency!
Certainly not oncology...
