Question the English language and the Match

As i know the English language is one of the many factors that PDs focus on, a lot of IMGs could lose a residency coz of this although they've a good scores & CV .
so how IMG can solve this problem ?? i 'm not that good in English especially conversation and I need a way to solve it ??

thank you and good luck.
