Question LoR time limit in ERAS

Hello, I am applying for 2013-14 match. I am starting my externship - observerships june to august. Can i upload my august LoR around september 2nd or 3rd in ERAS . Or is there a time limit for that too? :/

There's no time limit, you can upload the LoR whenever you want.

ERAS will open on September 15th 2013.

It takes a few days from the LoR getting finalized (uploaded and you actually finalizing it) and being available on ERAS for programs to view. I believe they say it takes two weeks tops, but generally a few days or so. I did mine in early August on 2012 and they were done within a few days.

Yes. You can.
Your chances go down the later you apply.
Your chances go up the sooner you apply.
