Star Observership during match season!!

i would love to ask if i will do observership during Novermber and December, would this help me duing the match season which will be already started on 15th of September?

can i add such an experience to my ERAS application or CV in September and mention that i will be doing it in the upcoming months???

please anyone has been in such a situation before?

Yes you can and actually quite popular.

The Career Development department at ACA helps medical students and graduates organize and document their work appropriately on their ERAS Application and other related documents such as CV and Personal Statements.

As long as the information can be verified and supported, medical graduates can document past, current and future experience under the Experience Tab section of an ERAS Application. For example, if you have an Externship scheduled and confirmed for the month of November 2013 with "Dr. X" at "Inpatient/Outpatient facility Y" and all sections are filled and can be easily verified it should be recorded.

In you secure residency IVs during November and December this work will help answer the popular interview question "What are you currently doing to prepare for residency?"
