Ireland Country of graduation matters?

I'm in my first year of medical school in Ireland (Canadian citizen), with both B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Canadian universities.
It'd be great if anyone has answer to the questions below:

1. Will they look at which country or school I graduated from? (i.e. certain country or school advantageous over others)
2. Does holding a Canadian citizenship help in any way?
3. Clinical experience in Canada vs. USCE? (it's a lot easier for me to do in Canada since I have all my connections in Canada)
4. Is the transfer back to Canada possible at all? (ex. applying for fellowship in Canada, etc.)

Thanks!

Not really. West Europe in general is better than other places but not that huge factor.

No. There's isn't a difference from other nationalities.

Yes. Canadian experience is recognized in the US but of course not as good as USCE.

I'm a Final Year student in Ireland.

Work hard to make the right moves from an early stage and you'll have your choice of Residency Programs. Irish Grads have a very good international reputation.
