Help Can I make it into Neurology

I really need good advice..I am an IMG from India, graduated in May 2012..did 2 months clerkship at Mount Sinai..passed Step 2 CS..Step 1 - 208..Step 2 CK - 228..
I wish to apply for Neurology residency 2014..should i go ahead with my dream for residency in US or should i quit now and prepare for Indian pg exams..desperately need help regarding this..!

Never give up on your dream but be realistic and apply to the less competitive programs like FM and Pediatrics. Your scores are good but not sure if strong enough for Neuro. If you have 2-3 LoRs and good USCE you may be ok?

Yeah i have 3 LORs from US proffs and 2 months USCE.!
