Default 2015 End of neurology for imgs? pls help

*Due to increasing number of Caribbean imgs and amgs, it is predicted that the neurology programme is out of reach for imgs by 2015. How true is it? And it is said that some of the better IM programs also stop taking imgs. And imgs will be only left with family medicine. Well Even with good creds and phds, they struggled to get IVs. Isnt this going to be too bad by 2016/17? I am from india graduating next year. Yet to take the steps. Due to this new bond on j1 visa from indian govt and due to the increasing competitiveness of neuro, is it worth hoping to get a decent neuro program in 2016? Someone pls reply, coz i need to decide right now. If it is difficult to get a decent neuro prog around 2016, i dont want to waste my 3-4 years of time on usmle.. Guidance pls.*
