Default Excelling in a Residency Interview

I understand that our performance in an interview is crucial to getting ranked high by a program and ultimately match. I know there are people who get 10 or more interviews but still do not match for whatever reason. I'm assuming their credentials must be good if they're able to get that many interviews. Therefore, I was wondering if anybody can share some tips on what we can do to prepare for the interviews? How should we act during interviews and/or pre-interview dinners, especially if you're naturally introverted? What questions should we ask the program director and residents? And what else can we do, even after our interview, to further increase our chances of getting ranked high by a particular program? Anybody who matched are welcome to respond as well...we'd love to hear from you.

Is it the same person you mentioned who edits cv's and personal statements? Or is it someone different?

same dude, he helped out my husband last year. My husband had some really bad flaws, personal and interviews. but with like 2-3 hours of coaching he learned to act like another person, and it worked out.
