Waived is better..

An LoR 2 years old if US doctor will still count but you need to cover your gaps and get fresh experience as well

If they only see old LoRs what faith will they have that you are upto date on clinical experience and hence latest medical info?

Thanks DocGuilo, can you tell why do you prefer waived LOR?

2 Year old LOR i have are from my home country but from a hospital well known in USA. Later ones am not sure would make a difference because US doc are not aware of the home country hospitals.

Am working on securing US LORs but i don't know how many I would secure by September 15. And hence the question.

Forums are just like real life, you have those who pop in and interrupt our conversation. It's a communication behavioral problem and it's very difficult to fix.

Creds are important

if you have 250+ , you can use an outdated LOR, from 2012. But if your having 210, been trying from 2010 to match ,your LOR from 2010, you will have no chance.
