Certificate Uploading LORs after September 15th

Lets say someone is doing an observership/externship/research and gets an LOR from their attending after September 15th. Can that LOR be uploaded in ERAS after September 15th?
Also, assuming one has finished applying to programs and assigning LORs by 09/15, can we assign new LORs to the programs we have already applied to or do we have to ask the LOR author to send them manually to each program (or get multiple copies in sealed envelopes and send them ourselves?)
Thanks!

You can upload LoRs anytime until January

You can call up programs after sept to tell them you have an LoR

I think it helps alot to get LoRs after sept 15 because it gives you a chance to talk to them

Do you mean talking to the programs that you are applying to?

So the LOR can be uploaded on ERAS and be electronically sent to all programs, right? I needn't ask the LOR writer to send it to individual programs, right?

Thumbs Up Looking beyond the visible

Hi there!!
I had uploaded my letters on ERAS and had assigned each of my letters to two different specialties. Say Letter 1 is assigned to specialty A and B. But in the ERAS post office, it shows that each letter is assigned to only one specialty either A or B. How do I get each of my letters to be assigned to both specialties? Anyone with this problem?
