Help My chances this year.

Step 1- 226
Step 2 ck- 245
Step 2 cs- 1st attempt.
Step 3- 225
YOG- 2011
USCE- 2 months observership at a teaching hospital, 2 months externship at US doctor's office, 1 month observership at an indian doctor's office who is a fellowship program coordinator. Expecting 4 US lor's. (Do not have any university observerships or USCE.)

Can I go with IM alone or need to have backup plans??
Can u enlighten me on my weak area's.... Suggestions please.

great!!! having all the steps done is an excellent point.. but do have backup .. may be FM or Peds.
whats your visa status?

In my opinion you have a pretty decent chance for IM, but do apply for FM programs as well for backup. You have completed all exams and that is a plus point. Your step-1 score is near about the mean score, and the CK score is good. If the US lors are strong, you have a good chance of a successful match.

You can improve your CV by getting more and more usce.

You have a great scores ... But you don't have electives in US ...
Try to apply in university and community programmes ...
I think (comparing to my old friends who matched) your chance is very good.
