Question What have you uploaded to ERAS?

Just wanted to make sure that we are all the same page. As of today or by the end of this week, are people uploading their:
-MSPE (If available) via oasis
-Photograph via oasis
-Medical School Transcript via oasis

Also, i thought there was place to upload your CV. Like the one you made to hand to doctors when asking for externship/observer ship but i cant find a place for that, so I'm guessing you don't upload that type of CV?

I know this has been asked before but to keep everything on one page and updated:
-Under Experience the subcategories where would you put observer ships?
-Also let say you did observer ship but at the clinic as well as the hospital you were allowed to see patients do physical exam, obtain biopsies, cultures, other basic procedures with the assistance of the doctor (but you DON'T have malpractice insurance) would that still be categorized as a observer ship or does it become a externship and then does that come under work experience?

Lastly does it matter how the photograph is like are you supposed be wearing a tie/suit (for males) or can it be a simple dress shirt..open button with plain background (passport type).

Thanks & Good Luck

I don't think it matters how you look in the picture but I would look a little presentable.

So far I have finalized my LoR authors because I am a repeat applicant and so my old LoRs will be reused. I am assuming my MSPE and transcript is still in the ERAS system and will be uploaded in the next few weeks since it will be reused also.

You have to register your token on my eras and then it will sign you into Eras where under documents you have to enter the author of your LoRs and finalize them in order for Eras to put the LoR on your application for programs to read.

I was able to upload LORs but I don't see any link to upload MSPE or CV.
I see only three links on OASIS
- Upload photograph
- Upload LOR
- Upload PTAL

Please let me know how to upload Dean's Letter

I am not too sure how to upload MSPE so you might have to call Eras. My MSPE was uploaded by my school.
I think for the CV you have to fill it out in the application part of Eras. I don't think you upload your CV.
