Wink Is research scholar considered Graduate medical education?

Hi all, The title says it all, do you guys happen to know if Research only (no PhD, no Masters, just research) , considered or regarded as Graduate Medical Education and Training?

This is important for me so that I can plan accordingly what my next move will be.

Thanks !
