USA Less competitive States

Hey can any one tell me which are the states where no one prefers to apply for the residency.... and where we can get the residency easily (easy in the sense compared to other states.)

Any inputs highly appreciated.

There isn't a State where people do not prefer to go.

But in general there's what's called IMG Friendly states, I recommend you look at the map here
