Question LoR Writer Changed His Position

hi,
I did an elective at LSU Shreveport, under an assistant professor a year ago and he agreed to write me a good LOR. Im still in touch with him, and he has agreed to write and upload the LOR. However, he has now changed the university and has joined a fellowship program.

I'm wondering what do i mention in the eras LOR Author title. - Previous assistant professor at LSU or clinical fellow at the present university.

I'm more in inclined to mention he was an attending (EX-assistant professor at LSU) as i know fellows LOR'S dont really count.

kindly help ??

Go with previous assistant professor. Be sure to check with the author first.

Goodluck!
