Question Uploading Transcript with additional papers?

Hello Everyone-
I am just starting to upload documents in my OASIS. Have a question.
My Medschool transcript has only scores with Subjects. Threre is addational 2 papers given by my medschool, one has clerkship rotation with dates and months and other paper have subjects each with total hours completed eg Anatomy 900 hrs.

Should I upload these two papers along with Transcript making it a single file ? I believe programs wants to see the rotations months and each subject hours of study.

Please give yr advice ? GL all with the application.
Thanks .

Hey Catch22-

Thanks for the reply. So yours doesnt have hours of study for each subjects ? right.
I don't think it would be any problem. Mine simpy have Subjects with grades in each subject.
I just called eras and she said only upload document with heading Transcript. So I am uploading only that.
Thanks .

For IMG i really dont think it matters, b/c they always put something in for MSPE and transcript if a person does not have it. Mine actually doesn't even say Transcript on top it just says principals office but one can figure it out its transcript as to how its arranged. Im not to worried its there for the completeness sake.

I had quick question dont know if you can answer it but any insight would help: Under LoR Author Title / Department if the doctor is a IM doctor (internist) and has a clinic, whats a good thing to write there? Internal Medicine or Internist or is there anything else?

Thanks

I have not gone thro Lor upload, but i think i will keep what is in the specific lor. Mine have the dr name and Internal Medicine. So I will keep Internal Medicne. One is Attending so will mention Attending Internal Medicne.
I hope this is what is done.
