You need to call the coordinator of the department. He/she is responsible for reminding them about it. Go ahead and email /call the coordinator or the secratory.

i agree ^^. i'm in the same situation...a doctor i rotated with said he would write me one, but said it would take a few weeks, and by then I was already in another state for another program. i've texted him about 6 times, emailed, called, and not a single reply! it's ridiculous....i'm going to contact the coordinator and hope that that works. good luck to you..hope it works out!

I know , right!!! ridiculous is the word. If they have agreed to write it ..it's their job to do it. else they should say no right away !!
It's happening to so many of us. wonder how much time will it take to copy paste stuff and put a name on it. that too coordinator does it most times..just the sign is thiers!!!! this is so annoying!!

I'm having the same problem. The doctor wrote the letter and handed it to me but I'm having trouble getting him to upload it. I really wish they had still let the doctors mail out the letters like last year. Even though uploading the letter just takes 5 mins, most of these doctors are not tech savvy. I had been stressing about it, calling and making multiple trips. I am just focusing on CK now, I figure a good exam score trumps a good LOR....will figure it out after the exam.

If it is unwaived finalize it and upload by yourself, as it is with you.
And if it is waive, but you have the copy as you said. Just upload it as unwaive, since you are not able to get hold of him.
