Default choosing specialty

my step1 230,
step2 ck 223.
step 2 cs pass.
step 3 in september.
1 month observership in internal medicine.
now research fellow in cleveland clinic.
recent IMG 2 yrs since graduation.
I did one yr residency in my country in internal medicine,
I aim to match this yr i prepared my cv and personal statement for internal medicine but i found that family medicine is easier to get.
so what to do any ideas

As an IMG you will need at least 3 months USCE if you want interviews in Family Medicine. They don't mention it in the website but that's the case.
