Question help with lor

guys i need an advice from you about an lor.

actually i have 1 unwaived lor from homecountry......but i couldnt understand meaning of waived and unwaived rights much ,so without knowing about the rights i uploaded that lor as waiving and finalized it...now i realised that i cannot edit the waiving rights.....so what to do now...?
can i upload the same letter again by unwaiving it ..? or is there anyway to edit it...? or is it gonna be a bad conduct to me..?
really confused
