Default Title/Department section for unwaived LOR

Hello!

I wanted to upload an unwaived Lor and I realized I didn't have enough space in the Lor Title/Department section to write Professor/Plastic Surgery Children's Hospital Boston. What do you suggest I should do? Should I say only Plastic Surgery?

Thanks!

There's no need to attach " children's hospital Boston"

Title here refers to - professor/phd/pd etc

What about the Department? Is it enough to say Plastic surgery/Cardiology/Hematology or should we also mention the Hospital?

Thanks!

There's no need to include the hospital, that space is just for the title and department. Department in this case being plastic surgery, and tile being professor
